Exercise Physiologist’s are trained to provide exercise and lifestyle instruction for injury prevention and rehabilitation, and management of chronic conditions. Exercise physiologists are university qualified and are all registered under ESSA. We take pride in having extensive knowledge about the human body and the benefits that exercise can provide, mentally, emotionally and physically.

You can have piece of mind that your 1-on-1 training sessions will be performed with an accredited exercise physiologist, who have undertaken additional rigorous training, to ensure you get the best standard of care.
