2. Identify underlying Causes

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

3. Long-term Prevention

The Pain Cycle Dilemma

Most people will have muscle or joint pain in their lifetime- and most recurrently. The main reason for these recurrent episodes is that even if treatment is successful, it is often stopped once symptoms subside- leaving the causes of the symptom untreated.

Breaking the cycle

To prevent another episode of pain and to break the current cycle of pain, the first step is to identify all of the direct, indirect and lifestyle causes of your pain and dysfunction.

Once identified, these causes are treated accordingly preparing you for the third and final stage of your rehabilitation Journey.
