Benefits
Treat Symptoms & Restore Range
We understand how much pain can impact our lives. So our first goal is to always relieve your primary symptoms- usually pain relating to stiffness, tightness, inflammation etc.
Our therapists will use the latest and best assessment and treatment techniques to treat your symptoms quickly and effectively following surgical protocols at every step.
2. Restore Strength & Full Function
The second stage of surgical rehabilitation is to completely restore your range of motion and strength. This is arguably the hardest and most important step- one which Mend therapists specialise in.
3. Return to Work & Sport + Long-term Prevention.
Our primary focus in stage 3 is to get you back to work, sport and life as you had before. Be it in our onsite training centers or at home, we will set you up with an individualised, integrated and progressive strengthening program.
To make sure rehabilitation is 100% successful, your Mend therapist will also develop your individualised training program for long-term prevention and maintenance.
