What’s included if I sign up?
Individualised exercise programming tailored to your goals and needs
3 supervised training sessions per week run by our Accredited Exercise Physiologists and Physiotherapists - currently run Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Independent gym access between 9:00am and 1:00pm Monday-Thursday, and 9:00am - 12:00pm Friday.
An inclusive, comfortable, and community-based gym environment.
